Preparing for Enhanced ACH and BSA Oversight in a Changing Regulatory Landscape
Read Time 1 mins | Written by: Karly Field
As ACH volumes grow and fraud schemes become more sophisticated, community banks are under increasing pressure to demonstrate timely detection, clear documentation, and defensible compliance decisions. This pressure is accelerating with Nacha’s enhanced ACH fraud monitoring requirements taking effect in March, expanding expectations around risk-based monitoring for both consumer and commercial ACH activity.
Finovifi supports Indiana banks with ACH RiskLens and BSA Guardian, purpose-built to help institutions meet these expectations without adding unnecessary operational strain. ACH RiskLens applies behavioral monitoring to identify unusual ACH patterns across origination and receipt channels, while BSA Guardian centralizes customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, case management, and SAR preparation. Together, they help banks improve examiner readiness, reduce manual effort, and maintain clear, auditable documentation aligned with evolving regulatory guidance.
