Our journey began with a strong foundation in fraud prevention and cybersecurity under the ThreatAdvice brand. As the financial landscape evolved, so did we—expanding beyond security into compliance automation, risk management, and core banking solutions.
In December 2024, we divested the managed services portion of our business to sharpen our focus on fintech innovation and the unique needs of financial institutions. This strategic shift allowed us to invest more deeply in cutting-edge solutions tailored to the challenges facing banks and credit unions today.
This evolution also led to the acquisition of Modern Banking Systems (MBS) in 2025, marking our official expansion into core processing.
