Finovifi is pleased to announce that Pete Van Sistine has joined the company as Executive Sales Director, further strengthening our leadership team as we continue expanding our core, fraud, and compliance solutions for community financial institutions.
Pete brings more than 40 years of experience in financial technology and banking services. Most recently, he served as Founder and CEO of pvsfintechgroup, where he focused on building next-generation fintech partnerships and strengthening strategic alliances across the banking ecosystem.
Prior to that, Pete spent 27 years at FIS as Executive Vice President of Sales, leading national sales and marketing initiatives that drove new business growth and strengthened long-term client retention. He also held a senior enterprise leadership role at NCR, concentrating on customer experience and enterprise banking relationships. Earlier in his career, Pete served in senior roles at Metavante Corporation and began his journey in community banking at Valley Bank in Appleton, Wisconsin.
In addition to his operating experience, Pete serves on the Board of Directors of Bank First, where he chairs the Compensation Committee and advises on cybersecurity, fraud, and information security risk matters.
As Executive Sales Director at Finovifi, Pete will focus on accelerating strategic sales growth, expanding executive-level relationships with community banks and credit unions, and deepening engagement across Finovifi’s vertically integrated platform—including core processing, fraud prevention, compliance automation, and digital solutions.
His experience and leadership directly support Finovifi’s mission: delivering modern, flexible, high-touch technology built specifically for community financial institutions navigating rapid regulatory and technological change.
