With over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Hoffman brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to Finovifi. His extensive career includes nearly a decade at Security Bank in Springfield, Illinois, followed by 12.5 years with the Illinois Bankers Association in a variety of leadership roles, most notably as President of Illinois Bankers Business Services. Most recently, Hoffman served as Director of Industry Partnerships at Strategic Resource Management, where he focused on business development and fostering relationships with bank associations and credit union leagues.
