This group is intended for feedback that does not fit neatly into manual process reduction or search/reporting, but still represents an important opportunity to improve the core platform.

MBS Core is central to daily bank operations. As customer expectations, regulatory needs, payment options, security requirements, and integration demands continue to evolve, the core must continue to support both current workflows and future growth.

This subgroup will help Finovifi better understand which broader core enhancements matter most to community banks and where modernization can deliver the greatest value.
