To keep the Advisory Group productive and focused, we are asking each member to select one primary subgroup. These smaller working groups will allow us to gather more specific feedback, ask better follow-up questions, and focus discussion on the areas most relevant to each member's experience.
Please select the subgroup where you believe your input will be most helpful. You may still provide feedback on other topics when needed, but your selected subgroup will be the main area where we ask for more detailed input and follow-up participation.

What We Heard from Customer Feedback
Recent customer feedback highlighted several recurring opportunities for improvement within MBS Core by Finovifi.
Customers pointed to the importance of better workflow efficiency, especially around CIF, customer visibility, screen layout, and access to key loan, deposit, CD, and relationship information.
We also heard interest in reducing manual processes and repetitive steps across daily operations, along with a need for stronger search, reporting, and drill-down capabilities.
The Advisory Group subgroups are designed around these themes so Finovifi can gather more focused feedback, validate priorities, and communicate progress more clearly.
